Are receipt details uploaded to HandPDF?
Receipt details and store logo previews are used in the browser to calculate and print the receipt. The receipt feature does not upload the logo or send barcode values to a barcode database.
How long do files saved in My Documents stay?
Files you explicitly save to My Documents stay in your private signed-in library until you delete them. Temporary browser preview URLs are handled separately by the secure-processing setting.
Does the 10-minute setting delete files from the conversion server?
No. The 10-minute setting revokes temporary browser Blob URLs. Server-side retention is controlled by the configured processing service and is not changed by this browser setting.
